Back!

I am now back online and ready to blog. Things here are still crazy. I am trying to unpack and get settled. Lil man and I are doing just fine on our own. On your own? Yes, on our own. The person who I thought I would be married to forever has turned into a huge jerk. He doesn't want to be married, have a family, but to be alone and have "his time"!

He's been gone for over a year deployed overseas. So, he hasn't really been here anyway. Lil man is really down and out. He just doesn't understand why his daddy isn't going to live us anymore. I just hate it!

My family has been really supportive from all over the country! They have been the back bone I needed over the past few months. THANK YOU!! I have many friends from work and here that are military that are really helping me out! I am so blessed to have them in my life. If it wasn't for them I think I would be going crazy! THANK YOU TOO!!!!

Well, going to get more unpacking and moving done around the house. HUGS!!!

Glad to hear you are getting settled. My wife and I have a good friend who has been dealing with this same thing and while I do not know the particulars in your case she will be better of in the long run. I say she is a saint for dealing wiht him for 24 years.

Here's hoping for the best for you and lil man. I was raised by a single mom so i can relate to that end as well.

I have heard your news through your sister, and wanted to let you know I'm here for you. I have tested these waters myself, and promise you that the best thing you can do for your "lil" man is to find what makes you happy. Model that and he will follow along :)

Hugs to you,
Z

You know what I say "GOOD RIDDENS!

The best in your life is yet to come and you don't need someone dictating what that should/will be! Like Zen said find out what makes YOU happy outside of being a mom and everything else will follow!

Awwww, sorry to hear/read this. Keep strong and each time you feel down look at Lil Man and giggle - especially when he has chocolate dripping off his chin and ice-cream covered fingertips ;-)
